We are seeking a Senior Developer, Electro‑Acoustics to join our Research & Development team and play a key role in the design and development of next‑generation hearing instrument technology.
Responsibilities
Lead technical development activities for assigned R&D projects, coordinating responsibilities across team members and reporting project progress to leadership
Design and evaluate electro‑acoustic circuits, power management systems, battery characterization solutions, and flex PCB designs for hearing instruments
Support hardware integration efforts by mentoring and guiding junior developers and peers
Verify hearing instrument performance across electro‑acoustic, EMC, magnetic, wireless, and audio quality requirements
