Requirements

• BA or BFA in Art/Design or related field
• Extraordinary design skills
• World‑class portfolio of work
• Strong communication presentation skills; proven ability to present to executives/leaders
• Highly organized and able to work collaboratively across multiple projects
• 5+ years experience designing in a digital creative agency or client‑side group; B2B / tech experience is a plus
• Expert knowledge of Figma
• Expert knowledge of modern prototyping tools like Framer, Figma sites, etc
• Experience with high‑fidelity prototyping
• Motion design skills for web
• Familiar with the creative process, partnering with UX designers, copywriters, web production, and development teams
• Experience working in AEM and AI tools a plus
