The role involves overseeing creative production, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Create & Implement Operations Framework: Develop scalable systems for asset management, production planning, and execution.
Lead Creative Production: Oversee the full creative process from digital content to print materials and experiential activations.
Manage External Partners: Onboard and negotiate with agencies, freelancers, and production houses, ensuring contracts protect user rights.
Optimize Budgets & Resources: Track costs, identify efficiencies, and ensure quality within budget constraints.
