Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and punctually
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare monthly tax remittances and financial reports
• Track project budgets and ensure compliance
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system in QuickBooks

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory)
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Solid Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with GST/QST filing and DAS remittances
