Senior Consultant with 10+ years of advanced experience, including significant, demonstrable expertise in health privacy, PHIPA compliance, and privacy governance within Ontario’s health system.
Planning and implementation support for complex privacy and data governance initiatives at a national or international scale
Modernization aligned with PHIPA and OPS standards.
Extensive experience in projects involving multifaceted stakeholder landscapes
Stakeholder and Change Management
Experience in program definition and development, transition planning, and organizational culture change and change management.
10+ years of experience working with federal/provincial/broader public-sector healthcare providers
