Project Description: Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager for a flagship corporate office project in Calgary.

As ATB’s Senior Construction Manager (Contract) with People Places & Spaces, you will serve as the lead technical authority and primary Owner’s Representative Construction Manager. You will maintain direct oversight of all project controls and mentor a Construction Manager and coordinator. Your role is essential in realizing our most complex spaces, ensuring technical precision, construction governance, safety, and fiscal responsibility.
