Job description
Lead the business development strategy, driving profitable double-digit year-over-year growth across the paper and water segments;
Work closely with senior leadership and sales managers to execute market strategies, expand channels to market, and accelerate business scale;
Build, lead, and develop a high-performance Business Development Manager (BDM) and Corporate Account Manager (CAM) team, with a strong focus on frontline leadership and leading by example;
Act directly with key customers, maintaining a strong client-facing presence and reinforcing a hunter mindset focused on new business generation and strategic account expansion;
Own complex commercial negotiations, high-value proposals, and long-cycle strategic opportunities, including single-source and TCO-based contract models that generate sustainable value;
