Legal Counsel to support our operations in Mexico and across the region.This role is a key partner to the business, ensuring legal alignment in commercial strategies, managing risks, and supporting high-impact decisions.
What you will do:Provide legal guidance to ensure alignment with business and commercial strategiesReview, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contractsIdentify and mitigate legal risks across operations and transactionsSupport corporate governance and regulatory compliance activitiesPartner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and HR
What we are looking for:~ Law degree with valid license to practice~8+ years of experience in corporate legal roles (in-house or law firm)~ Strong experience in commercial contracts and negotiations~ Bilingual English & Spanish~ Solid knowledge of corporate, labor, and compliance matters
