About This Opportunity

Our client is a one of the Famous Japanese Trading Company, they are currently seeking for a Senior Clerk (HR & Admin) to join their team. Responsibilities
  • Assist in organize training sessions and employee development programs
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities
  • Handle work visa of secondment staff from headquarters
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for guests and VIP
  • Handling general office administration tasks, including order management, inventory control and facilities management
  • Handle communications with IT vendor and service providers
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and track their lifecycle
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing IT development, licenses, and warranties
