Provide overall leadership for the effective and efficient operation of College of the North Atlantic's Bay St. George Campus, including associated buildings and facilities within the region.
Support the implementation, delivery, evaluation, and quality assurance of academic programs, ensuring compliance with curriculum and accreditation requirements.
Lead campus operational and administrative services that support students, employees, and academic programming.
Oversee campus resources, including financial management, human resources, facilities, infrastructure, and physical assets, and ensure responsible budget administration.
Lead the supervision, performance management, development, and retention of faculty and staff, and address student and employee issues as they arise.
