Sr Business Analyst – Lean Belt

Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) - Chicago, IL or Toronto, CA

12 month contract

The Expert Business Analyst supports Commercial Lending Operations by driving process optimization, straight through processing, and improved data integrity through emerging technologies such as AI and Robotic Process Automation. This role partners with Business Analysts, SMEs, Project Delivery, and senior leadership to execute the first year of a multiyear improvement roadmap while helping shape future initiatives.

• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state workflows in collaboration with business and technology partners.
• Provide operational expertise from business case development through project execution.
