This role is highly execution-driven, focused on trading volume growth, liquidity onboarding, and key relationship management across the crypto ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Execute business development strategy to drive trading volume and liquidity growth
Manage and expand relationships with market makers, funds, HFT firms, copy traders, high-volume VIPs, and projects with potential collaboration needs
Own and drive liquidity onboarding , including MM integration and ongoing relationship management
Work closely with product and technical teams to support partner integrations
(CEX futures and DEX differ technically, but strong understanding of one side and integration details is required)
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and summits
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on BD progress and results
