This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 1 day per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Advise business and technology stakeholders on the strategic adoption and business application of Agentic AI capabilities across enterprise operations and customer journeys.
Assess current-state business processes and identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled agents for workflow automation, decision support, operational efficiency, and service optimization.
Facilitate workshops and strategic discussions with cross-functional teams to define future-state AI-enabled operating models and workflow orchestration strategies.
Develop recommendations for integrating human, digital, and AI-driven activities into scalable and governed enterprise workflows.
