JOB DUTIES
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Business Process Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed process documentation using BPMN, UML, or similar methodologies.
Solution Definition: Translate business needs into functional specifications and support solution validation during development and deployment.
Facilitating Workshops: Lead workshops, interviews, and meetings to define and validate requirements and business rules.
