To provide business analysis and project leadership services for projects and initiatives, as assigned.

To assist in reviewing and developing business process mapping (as is and to be) for the Corporate Business Plans & Innovation Program.

Works with multiple stakeholders across departments (operations, finance, systems, HR, and IT) to evaluate business requirements and produce necessary documents.

Develops and maintains systems documents including user manuals and training materials

Recommends and implements practice changes and communicates these to the management team
