The role is part of the CARE Pod, responsible for customer‑facing support experiences and agentic workflows that accelerate investigations and back‑office execution.

What You Will Work On

• Implement agentic task flows for back‑office automation with final decision remaining human‑owned.
• Build evaluation harnesses (runners, suites, regression gates) to validate correctness boundaries for non‑deterministic systems.
