We are looking for an Associate with a highly hands-on profile to accelerate deal execution in the middle market. You will work on-site with clients, often on multiple simultaneous projects, structuring data, suggesting accounting entries, and preparing diligence/QoE packages that shorten the path from mandate to closing—even under challenging deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Client Data Readiness: map ERPs and internal controls, define scope, prioritize and launch RFIs with SLAs; track responses, overcome barriers, and ensure completeness of information.
• Data Room Governance: structure, version, and maintain audit trails and completeness control.
• Diligence Packages: build EBITDA bridges and normalizations; calculate normalized working capital and reconcile trial balances vs. management reports; prepare cash flow reconciliations, roll-forwards, cut-offs, and consistency checks; p...
