Reporting to the Junior Associate Director, Nexus, Investor Delivery, a list of your responsibilities will include:
Support quality control of daily deliverables in line with company policies on investor registration, transactions, reporting, and cash.
Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and deliverables, ensuring timely completion within service level agreements and escalating issues when necessary.
Prepare capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with fund documentation.
Calculate fee schedules and waterfall models, maintaining compliance with fund terms.
Contribute to a positive team culture through regular check-ins, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
Assist management with departmental initiatives, projects, and risk mitigation efforts.
