Senior Art Director – responsible for conceptual and visual design across social and video, strategy, execution, and collaboration with copy, video, and project teams.
Responsibilities
Concept and design best‑in‑class digital creative across social and video.
Contribute to pre‑production planning, support on‑set shoots, and collaborate with editors and designers in post.
Work closely with copywriters, strategists, producers, project managers, and client teams to ensure creative aligns with brief goals, brand voice, and business objectives.
Own the work from end to end: concept, production, polishing, and delivery.
Lead by doing, driving execution while delegating to junior team members, mentoring and ensuring final output quality.
Navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and provide proactive solutions in creative and production challenges.
