is seeking a highly experienced
Senior Architect
to lead complex building projects in our Ottawa office. This is a key leadership role in our established multidisciplinary and growing team, focused on Alternative Delivery projects (Design-Build, IPD, P3, MDB) for both the public and private sector clients.
Lead architectural design and project delivery on Alternative Delivery projects
Serve as the primary client interface, managing expectations and building strong relationships
Provide strategic oversight for multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring design intent is realized from concept through construction
Prepare and review design documentation, construction details, specifications, and cost estimates
Mentor junior staff and provide technical leadership within the team
