Responsibilities
Mine and analyze ERP (BisTrack) data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues.
Prepare clear, data-driven sales reports for leadership.
Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting preparation.
Monitor CRM usage and data quality to support sales effectiveness.
Investigate system data to validate accuracy and highlight performance gaps.
Monitor manual pricing.
Oversee and monitor special pricing programs (clearance, manager specials and showroom specials).
Suggest new methods and contribute to the development of new tools to improve and streamline processes.
Assist in communicating sales strategies and priorities to the sales team.
