The Capital Markets Institutional Trading Support & Client Onboarding team provides institutional clients with the highest quality of service and supports multiple trading desks and groups including Institutional Equities, Options, ETF Market Making, Electronic Trading & Program Trading, Financial Products, Equity Capital Markets and Risk Management Solutions.
As a primary contact for institutional clients you will work closely with traders to manage client onboarding & due diligence updates, client inquiries, account collateral, cash management, margin, security borrowing and lending, trade clearing & settlements, and client reporting, while ensuring the bank is minimized of any risk. You will share financial market expertise to provide information & recommendations regarding specific products and services such as account types (Cash, COD / DVP, Margin, Options, DMA), electronic trading, client reporting and online access.
