What is the opportunity? The Senior Analyst, Operational Innovation is an execution-focused delivery role within the Operational Innovation & Enablement group.

The role supports the delivery of operational development and readiness initiatives across RBC CM COO through process and opportunity assessments, solution development, continuous improvement, and knowledge management. This role is a strong individual contributor who translates business requirements into innovative functional solutions, operating in a collaborative manner within established governance frameworks and strategic directions.
