Reporting to the Director of Mapping and Merchandising Superstores, the Sr. Analyst will help support strategic merchandising execution and optimization of retail floor space. This role is responsible for floor mapping, database management, phasing deck support and in‑store signage directives. Key responsibilities include all floor initiatives, developing pocket guides & merch notes, program execution guides, sales updates, coordination of key programs, and maintaining floor allocation templates. They will collaborate closely with Business Units, Marketing, Store Operations, Promo and Allocation teams.
Accountabilities
Responsible for the creation and distribution of “pocket guides” to ensure strong store execution of all merchandising initiatives, mandates, and programs
Support all merchandising mapping databases, store/floor classifications, and WIP management
Develop and manage merchandising execution guides and store alerts
