We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Change Management to play a key role in advancing corporate initiatives and driving the adoption of digital health services in physician practices and other clinical settings. The role is primarily focused on change management with additional responsibilities in project coordination, business process improvement, and training. In this role you will:
Change Management
Lead the design of change management activities and plans to support process change, organizational change and strategic enablement.
Develop and validate the change management deployment and delivery approach for digital health solutions, including plans for adoption, communication, and training.
