Responsibilities
Participate in strategic initiatives that enhance pricing sophistication within ratemaking and help explain nationwide performance by supporting earnings call preparation.
Deliver actuarial support for large-account pricing across more than 22 lines of business, strengthening governance through indications, rate committees, and corporate planning processes.
Drive change by improving work processes, adopting modern technologies, and making substantial observations, conclusions, and recommendations.
Use your expertise to resolve complex problems and help your colleagues by sharing actuarial knowledge.
Guide and prioritize the team’s work and coach effectively to strengthen both individual and group success.
