Reporting directly to the VP of Project Governance Office, you’ll be instrumental in facilitating sprints, stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies. This role calls for an individual with extensive knowledge of Agile values and practices to remove bottlenecks and enhance team cohesion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor Agile teams and guide on best practices
• Ensure teamwork and alignment in delivery across departments
• Resolve bottlenecks and enhance overall productivity
• Track project dependencies and workflow
• Provide Agile portfolio updates to senior management

Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent
• CSM or PSM certification required
• Minimum 3 years Agile experience; 2 years in a Scrum Master role
