Our client is a digital services provider operating within the iGaming field. As they continue to scale, they are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join their growing team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy for different Tier1/Tier 2 markets.
Own and deliver against KPIs including FTDs, revenue, ROI, and LTV targets.
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on market trends and competitor activity.
Support launches in newly regulated states and provinces through affiliate channels. Identify, onboard, and grow high-value affiliates (SEO, media buyers, PPC, influencers, content publishers).
Negotiate and structure commercial agreements (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) with new and existing partners.
Build and maintain long-term, high-performing relationships with top-tier affiliates.
