Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, tax, payroll, and treasury operations .
• Prepare and review financial and management reports .
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards (PCGA/IFRS) .
• Oversee monthly close processes and financial accuracy .
• Manage relationships with international clients .
• Supervise and guide team members, including delegation and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields .
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles .
