Senior Accountant, Real Estate Financial Operations

Play an important part in leveraging the real estate portfolio through sound accounting and financial reporting practices to ensure maximum value for our clients. You will be responsible for the financial reporting for a foreign real estate portfolio totaling over $8.5 billion and contribute to special projects focused on driving efficiencies across the team.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of year‑end consolidated financial statements, working papers and reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ownership of a portfolio of properties: loading data, validating uploads, preparing consolidation working papers from detailed property‑level financial data, and answering financial statement audit queries.
