This company is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company in downtown Vancouver with businesses in various provinces. Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Ensuring that all acquisitions are correctly accounted for - including the preparation and approval of post- closing adjustments after acquisition;
- Preparing financial statements of all entities acquired and/or formed in connection with the acquisitions for first and subsequent year ends;
- Creating complete working paper files including documentation supporting final financial statements;
