We are seeking an Account Manager to manage all aspects of supplier relationships for critical repair suppliers, ensuring uninterrupted parts flow for strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships and robust business processes with critical repair suppliers.
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure KPI attainment (rates, TAT, delivery, volume, capacity, quality).
Lead critical topics and senior escalations, identify strategic risks, and drive risk mitigation.
Develop business strategies and innovations to support continuous improvement.
Lead negotiations with suppliers in partnership with the Strategic Sourcing team.
Manage and resolve issues impacting parts flow.
Collaborate with Aftermarket, MRO engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and other departments to close action items and meet organizational objectives....
