Position Objective
Ensure the optimal, safe, and continuous operation of electronic security systems (Access Control, CCTV and Monitoring) with a focus on the Genetec Security Center platform.
This is achieved through preventive maintenance, project supervision, interdepartmental coordination, and continuous improvement of technological security processes.
Lead Responsibilities
Manage, configure, and maintain the Genetec Security Center software, including cameras, doors, readers, licenses, and events.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities for Access Control Systems (ACS) and CCTV in accordance with the established plan.
Coordinate effectively with the Security Monitoring Room, ensuring continuous device operability and proper incident response.
Conduct daily inspections of cameras and doors to ensure correct functionality and compliance with physical security standards.
