The Security Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Security Manager in the daily execution of AE Mexicali's security operations.
The role oversees contract security personnel, ensures proper control at gates and internal zones, maintains operational discipline, and ensures that all security procedures are followed consistently.
Responsibilities include perimeter control, patrol activities, CCTV monitoring, access verification, incident support, and documentation accuracy.
The Security Supervisor works closely with Facilities, Operations, HR, EHS, and IT to ensure a safe and secure environment during both construction and full operational phases.
