Site Description:

London Public Library – Central Branch is a busy public facility serving a diverse community. Security personnel provide a visible presence, assist with patron interactions, and respond to incidents to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage public-facing situations professionally. 

Position: Full-Time Site Supervisor 

Site: London Public Library – Central Branch 

Site Address: 215 Dundas Street, London, ON N6A 6H9 

Hours: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 17:00 hours)

Overtime Method: Employment Standards Act (ESA)

Position Overview: 

  • Control, oversee and direct the activities of Site Guards
  • Motivate and manage the performance of security staff to ensure that the performance of all Guards is of the highest quality and complies with requirements
