Ensure a safe environment for both park guests and staff
Maintain friendly and courteous guest service while dealing with guests and employees
Monitor compliance of park rules by guest and staff for their safety and enjoyment
Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work locations
Perform all duties in compliance with Canada’s Wonderland safety guidelines and requirements and report all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision
Protect park and guest assets through proactive patrolling
Conduct major or minor investigations as directed
Complete Security Incident Reports and follow-up in a timely manner
