Actively monitor and report outcomes for systems and tools that generate data indicating site/region opportunities.
Manage confidential investigations and prepare prompt reports of theft, fraud, and workplace violence/critical incidents.
Utilize continuous improvement to drive process enhancements and increase efficiency.
Serve as department’s liaison and security/crisis management subject matter expert, keeping site leadership informed on department’s key issues, strategies, and performance.
Identify, promote and implement security best practices while effectively partnering with internal customers to evaluate current and future security needs, processes, and initiatives, incident response planning, facilitating and management.
