Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare RVs for delivery in coordination with staff
• Schedule and manage customer delivery appointments
• Walk customers through all RV systems and features
• Explain maintenance and safety procedures clearly
• Follow up to enhance post-delivery satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in customer service, RV, or automotive sector
• Valid driver's license with an excellent record
• Willingness to learn RV systems and tech platforms
