Project & Financial Management

  • Project Delivery: Lead full project lifecycle—from planning to execution—ensuring timely delivery aligned with business goals.

  • Financial Oversight: Handle budget planning, forecasting (EAC, ETC, CV, CPI, SPI), and cost control.

  • Cost & Effort Management: Apply estimation techniques (bottom-up, parametric, analogous) and analyze variances to maintain budget and effort alignment.

  • Resource Optimization: Allocate resources strategically to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

  • Risk & Change Control: Identify risks early and manage scope changes through financial impact assessments.
