Responsibilities
Sets up and facilitates all Scrum team ceremonies.
Tracks down the progress of activities in daily meeting.
Operates on team impediments to keep productivity high.
Evaluates process improvement opportunities based on own experience, team suggestions and from outcomes of sprint retrospectives.
Reports delivery results, quality, deadlines and cost along client's management through indicators and graphics.
Makes sure that the scope defined by the Product Owner is delivered with high quality.
Promotes the development of team members.
Maintains a collaborative spirit and mediates conflict situations.
