The Scrum Master is responsible for enabling Agile teams to deliver high-quality outcomes through structured execution, strong facilitation, and disciplined flow of work. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to remove blockers, and a bias toward action. The Scrum Master will support team planning, delivery cadence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.

What YOU will do:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Partner with the Product Owner to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness of work.
