Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equal expertise
• Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or good familiarity with the Agile methodologies
• Proven expertise as a Scrum Master in a globally distributed environment
• 4+ years' experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile Release Train
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• On-video is required for this role.
• SAFe 6.0 SSM certification (active)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Azure DevOps AND Jira Align
• Prior insurance operations background
