About This Opportunity

The Department

The Service Delivery Department is responsible for designing and delivering the Runway 2, “IT Digital Transformation Programme”. In addition, the department is responsible for the delivery of application solutions including Finance, HR, CRM and Enterprise Data Warehouse systems for the Club’s business portfolios and managing the IT Shenzhen delivery arm.

The Job

  • Be accountable to the Program Manager, Programme Director, Head of Department and the overall program/project for the production of deliverables within agreed timescale, quality and budget
  • Manage multiple scrum teams simultaneously and ensure they follow the agile methodologies to deliver quality products
  • Continuously improve the agile processes and practices used by the scrum teams
  • Coach and mentor scrum team members on the HKJC agility framework, agile principles and practices
