• Lead AI-focused Agile delivery as Scrum Master for initiatives within the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and secure methodologies.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders and Product teams to align on priorities, scope, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive AI transformation initiatives and enable enterprise AI solution delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and track delivery milestones.
