Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Understand the ecosystem and practically apply relevant agile practices to the backlog management process. Guide the larger team on Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies to enhance productivity and delivery.
• Facilitate the end‑to‑end backlog process, including gathering requirements, prioritization, planning, and delivery. Work closely with solution program managers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of scope, priorities, and timely delivery of enhancements.
