Job Title: Cook • Location: Cherish at Central Park – Langford, BC • Job Type: Full-Time • Reports To: Head Chef

Position Summary

At Cherish at Central Park, our cooks are responsible for preparing high-quality, scratch-made meals that support the health, dignity, and enjoyment of our senior residents. Working with the kitchen team, each chef plays a key role in delivering a delicious culinary experience for our seniors.

Responsibilities

• Meal Preparation & Service: Prepare high quality tea service, lunch and dinner items according to daily menus
• Plate meals for service, ensuring proper portioning, presentation, and timing.

• Kitchen Coordination: Collaborate with other chefs to create and adjust production plans based on staffing and menu flow.
• Review menus in advance and ensure frozen and perishable ingredients are prepped as needed.
