Plan experiments to distinguish specific vs. non-specific binding; control receptor expression and probe depletion/rebinding.
Analyze cellular target engagement data (structure-function, conformational dynamics, MoA).
Use statistical/computational methods to ensure assay robustness and reproducibility (e.g., Z’ factor, CV, signal window).
