About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduler to support daily operations for a growing home care agency. This role is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules, managing coverage needs, handling call-offs, and ensuring clients receive consistent and reliable care services.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in home care scheduling or healthcare coordination is highly preferred.
Schedule:
· Multiple shifts.
· Business Hours (based on client operations).
· Remote from Perú.
