Role Summary

The Scheduler is the primary point of contact for participants in our data collection studies. They manage outreach by phone and email, confirm availability, and coordinate scheduling to ensure a smooth study experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate participant scheduling for study appointments according to project requirements
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with courtesy and professionalism
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, and maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments using internal scheduling software
