Find solutions to problems in collaboration with others.
Coordinate and schedule service and/or installation dates of U.S. machines with customers, product support techs, service managers, sales, spare parts, and logistics.
Communicate service status to customers in a timely manner with empathy and compassion; provide daily updates by telephone.
Ensure all necessary resources (technician, tools, etc.) are available at the right place at the right time.
Maintain the regional installation Synchro board for the service region.
Maintain regional KPI’s of Synchro installation times, customer satisfaction rates, response times to customers, etc.
